Lily Steele was born in southern Oregon and moved around during her childhood. She ended up in Washington State, Instantly falling in love. Going to high school small town Washington, she found inspiration to become an artist after only taking a couple art classes in High school. Spending the majority of her time being a mother to two girls, working on her art and trying to find passion at looking for the obscure and abstract in life. A self-taught artist working in photography and graphite. Her influences come from the likes of Salvador Dali, Georgia O’Keefe, Waterhouse, Ansell Adams and Alex Grey. She wants people to look at her art and find something that speaks to them and stirs an emotional response.
